Terms of Use
What this website is, what it is not, and the terms you accept by using it.
By using duluthconcreteleveling.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit an inquiry.
What this website is
Duluth Concrete Leveling is a lead generation and referral website. The purpose of this site is to connect property owners in Duluth, Superior, Hermantown, Proctor, Cloquet, Two Harbors and the surrounding Twin Ports and North Shore area with a local concrete lifting and leveling contractor.
The operator of this website is not the service provider. Concrete lifting, mudjacking, polyurethane foam injection and all related work described on this site are performed by an independently owned and operated local business that is not owned or controlled by the site operator. When you submit the form or call the number on this site, your request is passed to that participating local provider, who contacts you directly.
No contract for services is formed here
Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract for work and does not obligate anyone to perform work. Any agreement for concrete work — including scope, price, schedule, warranty and payment terms — is made directly between you and the local provider. Pricing information on this site is general and illustrative; only a written quote from the provider is binding.
Responsibility for the work
The local provider is solely responsible for the work it performs, for its own licensing, insurance and compliance with applicable Minnesota and Wisconsin law, and for honoring any warranty it offers. The site operator does not supervise, inspect, guarantee or insure that work, and is not a party to any dispute between you and the provider. Disputes about the work should be raised with the provider directly.
Contacting you
By submitting the form or calling the number shown, you consent to be contacted by phone, text or email about your inquiry, including by the participating local provider. Calls to the number on this site may be recorded, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can ask to stop being contacted at any time and we will honor it.
Accuracy of information
Content on this site — including climate, soil, frost depth and repair method information — is provided for general education. Every slab and every site is different. Nothing here is an engineering opinion, a structural assessment or a guarantee of any outcome. If your situation involves structural movement or safety, consult a licensed engineer.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit false information, or another person's details without their permission.
- Do not use the form or phone number for solicitation, spam or automated submissions.
- Do not copy, scrape or republish site content without written permission.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, graphics and structure of this site are owned by the site operator and may not be reproduced without permission.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site, from an inquiry submitted through it, or from work performed by a local provider.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
