Privacy Policy

What we collect when you contact us, who sees it, and how long we keep it.

This policy explains how Duluth Concrete Leveling (“we,” “us”) handles information collected through duluthconcreteleveling.com. It applies to this website only, not to any other site you may reach from here.

Information we collect

  • Contact form submissions. The quote form on this site collects your name, phone number and the message you write describing your concrete problem. Nothing else is required, and we ask you not to include sensitive personal information in the message field.
  • Phone calls. The number displayed on this site is a call tracking number. When you call it, the call is routed to a live person, and the system records the number you dialed from, the date and time, the length of the call and which page of the site you called from. Calls may also be recorded or transcribed for quality, training and accuracy of job details. If you do not want your call recorded, use the contact form instead.
  • Basic technical data. Standard web server and analytics data such as IP address, browser type, referring page and pages viewed. This is used in aggregate to understand traffic, not to identify you personally.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry, quote your job and schedule work.
  • To follow up if you asked us to, or if we could not reach you on the first attempt.
  • To keep records of jobs quoted and performed.
  • To measure which pages and campaigns generate inquiries.

Who we share it with

This website is a lead generation and referral website. Inquiries submitted here are passed to an independently owned and operated local concrete contractor that serves your area and performs the actual work. That provider receives your name, phone number and the details of your request so they can contact you and quote the job.

We also use ordinary service vendors to run the site: web hosting, email delivery for form notifications, call tracking and analytics. These vendors process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own advertising. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of people or property.

How long we keep it

  • Inquiries that do not result in work: retained up to 24 months, then deleted.
  • Records tied to completed work: retained up to 7 years for warranty, tax and dispute purposes.
  • Call recordings and transcripts: retained up to 12 months.
  • Aggregate analytics data: retained indefinitely in non-identifying form.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies and similar technology for basic functionality and traffic measurement, including attributing a call or form submission to the page it came from. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some measurement will be incomplete.

Your choices and requests

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and we will. To make any privacy request, including a deletion request, use the contact form on this site or call (218) 423-5449. Say clearly that it is a privacy request so it is routed correctly. We respond within 30 days. Note that if your inquiry was already passed to a local provider, you may also want to ask that provider directly to delete their copy.

Children

This site is intended for adult property owners and decision makers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and delivered to a restricted mailbox. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy as the business or the law changes. The current version always lives at this address, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
