How it works

Four steps, no mystery

  1. Step 01

    Inspect and measure

    We check the actual drop with a level, look at where water is entering, and decide whether the slab is settled, heaved, or both. Cracked and crumbling slabs get told the truth — some concrete is past lifting.

  2. Step 02

    Drill small ports

    Polyurethane foam goes in through 5/8-inch ports, roughly dime to nickel size. Mudjacking uses about 1-inch ports because slurry is a heavier material.

  3. Step 03

    Lift in controlled stages

    Material is injected in stages while we watch the slab move, filling the void first, then raising the panel back to grade so the seams line up with the concrete next to it.

  4. Step 04

    Patch and seal joints

    Ports are patched with grout and joints are caulked so surface water stops draining straight back under the slab — which is what feeds the next heave cycle.
